At YIPPY PETS, we are committed to providing you with products that solve real travel and safety concerns for pet owners. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days before requesting a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at customersupport@yippypets.com with valid proof of the issue.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or canceled within 3 hours of placement. After this window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order as it may already be in processing. If you cancel within 3 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products and recommend trying them for at least 14 days to see their full benefit. If you remain unsatisfied, and can provide proof that the product did not perform as expected, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To begin a return, email customersupport@yippypets.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout.

Damaged Items
We package all items with care, but if your product arrives damaged (not just the outer packaging), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damage to customersupport@yippypets.com. If approved, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost. We do not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or after extended use.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders quickly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. For issues like delays or lost/stolen packages, please contact the courier directly. YIPPY PETS is not liable for these shipping-related problems.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If there is a mistake, you must notify us within 3 hours of placing the order. After this, we cannot guarantee a change, and refunds or reshipments will not be issued for address errors.
