At YIPPY PETS, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched once it's handed over to our courier and in transit. During peak periods like holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies based on your location. Estimated times:

🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6–12 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If errors are detected, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days. Without a response, the order may be cancelled.

To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customersupport@yippypets.com. We’ll try our best to assist, but changes after this period are not guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, courier disruptions, customs, or inventory issues can occasionally happen. We’ll notify you of any unexpected delays and do our best to resolve them quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, first contact the courier and then email us at customersupport@yippypets.com. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will support you in filing a claim and assist however possible.
